Ok knet is simple and can be installed with most banks in Kuwait, as an online payment service.  But to do so you need a company account. They would charge about 350KD one time fee and no monthly fee. Another charge would be 1% on every transaction.

With Visa/master card you have to pay the same amounts but with a monthly fee of 40KD and a transaction charge of 3%. But not all banks have such a facility online. I know that NBK and Burgan both provide  the service, and I do not recommended Burgan because there service is horrible.

We all need money and spend our time, health and more running after it and every one have his own reasons for example I want money to Buy Fancy cars to Attract girls ;r anyways money became purpose in our life not a method to make it better so we should at least know more about creating that expensive piece of paper. I’m gonna make it simple so don’t worry readers who hates economic language- derivative ” In a world that 34,000 children die every single day from poverty “Thanks god we have Oil” wela chan ma7ad fakar eysawy rejeem” and preventable diseases, in a world 50% of population lives on less than two dollars a day let us see how hard creating money is, well if united state government for example decides that it needs some money it give the federal reserve “US Central Bank” a call and request the amount “say 20 Billions” the federal reserve reply sure we will buy 20 Billions in government bonds for you and then the government takes some pieces of papers put special design on them and call them treasury bonds then they put value on this bonds to the sum of 20 Billions and sends them over to the federal reserve to make the trade :

” Government ==Bonds==> Federal reserve” ” Fed ==20 Billions==> Government Bank Account”

at this point paper notes become legally money that’s mean adding 20 billions to the US Money Supply and there it is 20 Billions New Money Have been created.

In another way the government signed loan contract with the federal reserve “Central Bank” in other word the money created out of debt . hehehe

When 20 B deposit in U.S government bank account it will become part of the bank reserve and 10% of the amount ” which is 2 Billions” will be held as required reserve and the 90% of the amount “18 Billions” gonna be Excessive reserve and will be used as bases for new loans so what they do when they make loans is to accept promissory notes “Loan contract” in exchange for credits “Money” to the borrowers transaction accounts. In other word we will always create money out of nothing simply because there is a loan demand and there is deposits that satisfy the reserve requirement .

Technically the average mathematical result is 180 Billions Dollars can be created from 20 Billions in other word 9 × Any Deposit amount can be created out of thin air and that’s because of our perfect deposit money creation/loan cycle System ;O

the question is what give the newly created money value ? Answer : the money that already exist, the new money steal value from the existing money supply and decrease the purchasing power of dollar then price of goods and services rise “that’s what we call Inflation” . Our system cause Inflation, $1 IN 1913 Required $21.60 IN 2007 to match value !! hehehe ;] that’s 96% Devaluation in 94 years since the federal reserve came into existence .
in our financial system money is debt and debt is money .

There is a thing i always wanted to discuss but am worried it may bore you, I’ll give it a try. If the only thing we hear about from strong world countries is “economic growth” and how they push for the economy to grow and open markets, but at the same time, your expenses grow and prices grow even higher (hence the emergence of budget business), so why grow then!? When looking at the numbers things make more sense: annual average growth of salaries is about 5.6% in a year in Kuwait (i think this number is from bayt.com not sure thou) and every other products increases its prices by 20% average, then you do the math. We are always 15% on average short. I say this because in 2003 when i had a store in salmiya, i use to walk to Kurdu shawerma place to have dinner, and i remember paying 350 fils for a shawerma, and at that time we use to argue that the price is higher  than the usual 250 at that time was because he had a better shawerma or meat. But today he sells his shawerma for 650fils and its still the same meat from 2003!, thats about 80% increase. Now multiply my thought to Hienz Ketchup, starucks latte, corn flakes etc etc then you can feel the difference in your pocket.

Is this what some call economic growth? in Dubai i was chatting with tech person in a hospital (MRI operator) and i asked him, so how is Dubai, is business or jobs better here? He does not agree at all. It’s getting expensive by the day, and he said something weird. There are no more public beaches in Dubai like before, mostly everything is private property. Another thing is how many Kuwaitis where not in debt in 2001 and how now all are in debt in 2011. This is also the same with the states too, in 1980  most American saved or had saving accounts, now 2011 its all about who has the credit card or loan with a lower interest rate.

Maybe economic growth is not related to happiness, it seems the more the economy grows the less happy we are.  Google: Gross national happiness instead of Gross national product.

I personally have questions about what was its target market and maybe its model did not work, i truly believed going against Kuwait airways and having an advantage with a new terminal would give them edge. Another thing that am thinking about why didn’t jazzera airlines buy it out, because buying wataniya would give them more planes and a free terminal for themselves.

The loss of wataniya airlines must be done in case a study for business students around Kuwait to learn how to target markets and how to build these models around them. I was so impressed with the airlines that i made my mom buy shares:(

Thats another thing we need to know what happens to the shares because i guess for every share i made my mom buy i may get an exchange of “en3al” .
