Its like when a doctor is dealing with a patient, you must follow some certain steps! for example, a doctor must first know the patients status and conditon, take a propper history to determine which treatment to use, and then MUST follow up the patient to rate the effectivness of his treatment. So what im trying to say is if we follow up ads and campaigns we can know which ones are ueseful and which ones are not and save some money and fuss! basically i think im just repeating what your saying!, but good post!
