We all complain that Kuwait is empty and no real good places to visit, but check out this place, i went twice and still love going. Its Tarik Rajab Museum, a place where Islamic art comes to life, with famous Islamic calligraphy. I mean even if your not that interested you cant ignore the detail and serenity of such a place, a sensation of true art lovers. Its a treasure that has been kept secret, a must see if slightly interested in arts and history. The place is located in Jabriya, and open all week except Friday afternoon. check the website link.

The Tarek Rejab Museum is one of our favorite places in Kuwait, and the first place we take our house guests (and then to the Sadu House). Did you know they have an antiquities store down not too far from the Marina Mall? Some nice pieces, old, not a lot of that stuff to find in Kuwait.

  8. Qaiss says:

intlxpatr: i love that place too, but where is this antiquities shop?
