A friend of mine and an National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) customer got hacked by using his online account on NBK.com, i’ll explain what happened because this might happen to anyone. My friend got an sms in the morning from NBK claiming he created a new beneficiaryaccount, then after 5 minutes he got another sms from NBK that an amount of 2000kd has been transfered to the new beneficiary account!! So he called NBK and canceled his ATM card, to stop such further action from the hacker. So what realy happened is: the hacker did not really hack into NBK.com he bombards the a certain atm numbers with wrong passwords, then the system by itself sends this blocked msg and you have to fill in the detail all over again. That page of filling in the detail is hacked, so the hacker send you this email and you think its NBK.com requesting your full information because your password is blocked. You trust such a website because it is NBK.com but the guy forwarding to you is not NBK customer service its the hacker! you fill in your new information, the hacker gets all info he needs to transfer funds.
