Bill: Hey marra well you see not everyone in Kuwait is as loaded as you (Not everyone can afford a driver).

Actually security guards are already present 24/7 – so I don’t see the harm (infact many benefeits) if they open the bridge for a few more hours. NOTE that it is packed at the marina main mall parking lots, so people tend to park at the other side where parking spaces are available.

P.S. since you qualify to be a Troll, you can always make a few extra bucks at Marina (Hey, the ch*%ks there are awsome!)
