We all complain in sort of way about our jobs yes, but very little of us ever heard a person who loves his job. Some do but few, a professor once told me that when you understand what are your capabilities are you perform better because passion is pushing you each day forward, i know i sound cynical but give me a chance to explain. See we all love to become CEO’s of some sort or hilghy paid individuals, and some of us will do so but when you reach the top after years of fighting work politics you realize that this place is not for you. Okay thats not me speaking, its my professor who left a CEO job in Silican Valley comapny for teaching around the world. To fully understand what i’m saying ask your self this, do you feel satisfied after each day of work? if yes then your in the right place but when you go to work and only enjoy ten minutes of it then you might be in the wrong place. I have alot of friends who give up fast saying Allah Kareem and do what ever they do each day, dont get me wrong we all know Allah Kareem but you have to fight and search for what satisfies you, even if risk is involved or changing you career path 180 degrees. Atleast you know your not doing what you love and can start searching, i say this because people who understand what they want to do perform much better. Some heard that some people are Extroverted and Introverted, just knowing which you are makes you feel much better in understanding what environment you should be working in even socialy. If you have time, take the test posted here and answer truly. This test is given for CEO’s and manager before holding a certain position. This test will help make you understand how you function better, after taking the test you will get a four digit answer, google the four digit answer and see if i’m waisting your time reading this post.
