After a week have passed about the platinum unprofessional conduct with a friend of mine, the Kuwaiti manager responded and called my friend, apologized for the behavior and the way they dealt with him. So as you can see the Anti-Platinum ad have been removed. I wish other business owners to be more professional and to treat each! customer with respect, because even one customer can make a difference!
