I have posted earlier opportunities about store’s around Kuwait, this is another one. Unfortunately Kinko at the airport is closing down and want to sell the store for 40,000kd and it includes a rent of 1200kd/month. Honestly cant think of anything to be opened there except a bank or another coffee shop, maybe.

too cheap!
only 40 k for an airport location!
the last store in the airport that I heard of was sold for 180k and that was 6 monthes ago!
and it was only 30 sequarure metres!
again it maybe dependes on the location of the store

i dont think a coffee shop would be good there, the store is tucked away all the way in the back…

They can open an electronics shop there, most travelers are interested in electronics and there aren’t many electronic shops, the only ones in here are in Bin Khaldoon, where traffic is a disaster.
